Community Networking

The Moniteau County SB40 Board provides Community Networking (Individual and/or Group) support for valued and active participation in integrated activities that build on the individual’s interests, preferences, gifts, and strengths while reflecting the person’s goals regarding community involvement and membership.



Community Networking serves individuals in the community utilizing natural learning opportunities while engaging in activities. Outcomes for Community Networking include positive relationships, valued community roles and involvement in preferred community activities, organizations, groups, projects and other resources. Community Networking outcomes are developed through a person-centered planning process and provided in accordance with the Person Centered Support Plan (PCSP).
