Community Program Manager

Julia began working for Moniteau County SB40 in 2023, after retiring from California R-1 as a high school teacher. Employment Services is a new program that she is introducing to the Moniteau County population. Julia is passionate that everyone deserves a chance for employment. Julia is also the Community Networking and Individualized Skills Development Program Manager. Her hope is that her clients can live a fulfilled and independent life of their dreams. Julia and her husband, Troy are lifelong Moniteau County residents, along with their three sons.
